1: About Us
This website is operated by Batchelors Landscapes Ltd, trading as Batchelors Landscapes.
By using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2: Website Use
This website is provided for general information about our landscaping services.
You agree to use this website:
- For lawful purposes only
- In a way that does not infringe the rights of others
- Without attempting to disrupt, damage or interfere with the website or its security
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to this website if these terms are breached.
3: Information Accuracy
We aim to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However:
- Content is provided for general guidance only
- Services, pricing and availability may vary
- Images of previous work are examples of what we do, not a guarantee that your project will look the same
We do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, accurate or current at all times.
4: Quotes & Enquiries
- Any figures given by phone, email or through this website before a site visit are indicative only
- Final pricing depends on the site visit, measurements, materials, access and the specification agreed with you
- Submitting the quote form does not create a binding contract
A written quote and agreement will be confirmed separately before any work begins. That written agreement, not this website, sets out what we are doing and what it costs.
5: Services & Workmanship
- All landscaping services are provided subject to availability
- Timescales may vary due to weather, materials, ground conditions or other unforeseen site conditions
- Any guarantee on completed work is set out in the written agreement for your project
Any guarantee we give is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected.
6: Your Right to Cancel
Where you are a consumer and we agree a job away from our business premises, for example in your home or garden, you normally have 14 days from the date of the agreement to cancel it.
If you ask us to start work within that 14 day period, you can still cancel, but you will need to pay for the work already carried out and any materials already ordered for your project. Full cancellation details are set out in your written agreement.
7: Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of Batchelors Landscapes unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without prior written permission.
8: External Links
This website may include links to third-party websites, such as our Facebook and Instagram pages, for convenience or additional information.

Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
9: Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure this website is accurate and reliable. However, Batchelors Landscapes Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. It does not limit our responsibility for the work we carry out for you, which is covered by your written agreement.
