“We had Batchelors come and do us a quote for a new patio, although they weren’t the cheapest quote everything was clear and professional from the start. After being ripped off by a builder in the past it was extremely important for us to get a tradesman that we could trust. We received a written quote with a breakdown of what we were getting. We decided to go ahead with Batchelors landscapes and were so glad we did. Before the work began Lewis came over with a contract which included payment terms etc on it. This was very reassuring for us because we were on the same page from the beginning. Once the lads began they were just great, friendly, polite and they worked very hard throughout. We are very pleased with the work that has been completed and would recommend them to any of our friends or family. We look forward to having them back to do our front😀”

“Where do I start? Lewis came in to rectify a job completed on my patio previously that the other company botched up. Had a plan, was going to use flow point grouting because previous grouting was brush in and was rubbish. Set a date, had to push it further and further back as weather affected dates etc. Finally managed to sort the patio and got it sorted. Brilliant, full bed, all good. No grouting was completed until around a month and half after and when that was completed, the grouting went off and the colour wasn’t right as the batch was off. Lewis came back and sorted some new grout out which again didn’t last, not his fault but he then promised to come back and change the grout for a third time, true to his word Lewis came back and rectified the grout which now looks great and sorted the border out with new stones.”
